Big rooms, comfy bed. Friendly staff, even English (as it often happens in China) is not really a must. Good variety for breakfast.

comfortable, well equipped hotel downtown ningbo (there is even an umbrella at your service, but strangely no shoe-cleaner. very quiet. copious buffet breakfast with chinese and western meal. the staff very friendly and there were no communication problems despite limited english knowledge, the goodwill helping. elegant solution for the abstruse deposit ewxisting in all chinese hotels. before departure i got a voucher of 30Y for the little gallery in the lobby (unfortunately after breqakfast). the "shuttle" service is in reality an airport bus service 3 times a day. the timing was only convenient me at departure, i was taken to the airport by a nice (private?) car

Really good rooms. They have two types of rooms, Chinese inspired and European inspired which have a modern feel to it. Staff is really helpful though not all of them speak English but are will willing, and able, to help. It was my birthday the day after i arrived and they got me a wonderful cake which was incredibly thoughtful. I was also assigned a personal butler whom though i did not use, was available to assist me whenever i needed.

Nice hotel, a little tired, but the service and breakfast were at a high level. I was a little disappointed by the lack of European sockets, but the impression was smoothed over by the butler Tommy, who surrounded me with warmth and care, thank you very much

To Ningbo business trip, the front desk of the Nancy huang to help me check in, gave me a hot towel to wipe my hands good service, the room also helped me delay to 2 o 'clock check-out is very satisfied, the environment is also very good, the experience is good, next time will come

My wife and I enjoyed the well appointed room, as well as the friendly and welcoming staff. Our concierge and Butlers for our stay, Ms. 赵行荣 and 王盼红 got us settled into our room, offered hot beverages, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The hotel offers several restaurants, is well decorated and very conveniently located near the Ningbo downtown and nightlife. Even though I am a very tall person, both the tub and shower were large enough and comfortable.

Really good service. Especially impressed by our butler Tammy Wang. Her service was really careful and warm. This hotel really nice in terms of software and hardware. You should experience this hotel butler service.
