comfortable, well equipped hotel downtown ningbo (there is even an umbrella at your service, but strangely no shoe-cleaner. very quiet. copious buffet breakfast with chinese and western meal. the staff very friendly and there were no communication problems despite limited english knowledge, the goodwill helping. elegant solution for the abstruse deposit ewxisting in all chinese hotels. before departure i got a voucher of 30Y for the little gallery in the lobby (unfortunately after breqakfast). the "shuttle" service is in reality an airport bus service 3 times a day. the timing was only convenient me at departure, i was taken to the airport by a nice (private?) car

My wife and I enjoyed the well appointed room, as well as the friendly and welcoming staff. Our concierge and Butlers for our stay, Ms. 赵行荣 and 王盼红 got us settled into our room, offered hot beverages, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The hotel offers several restaurants, is well decorated and very conveniently located near the Ningbo downtown and nightlife. Even though I am a very tall person, both the tub and shower were large enough and comfortable.

Really good service. Especially impressed by our butler Tammy Wang. Her service was really careful and warm. This hotel really nice in terms of software and hardware. You should experience this hotel butler service.

Excellent service, kindness and cleanliness. Butler Tammy Wang did a great service. Spacious room with large bed, desk, amazing view. Western upper standard. Free drinks from the minibar and fruits. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Pool and Gym in the basement, where they will provide you with towels, water, swimming cap etc.

Totally satisfied with all the lovely people here.they always says hi and you can just feel the smile behind the mask.so cute:) The view of moonlake is fabulous,look down form 19the floor,seems like another New York LOL.thanks a lot to little Jodie. She knews almost all kinds of alcohol!Bravo!! I'll be back soon!!

The front desk service is very good. Every employee is very polite. If you check in or ask questions, you will give a hot towel at the front desk. Ida also helps to renew the stay. The attitude is very good. The staff of the hotel are very warm. They will come next time.

The suite was large and the club room exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and attentive. Close to shops and restaurants. Nice location plus good services. Ps: Thanks a lot to Liu in the nineteenth floor who helped my husband.
